Build software
operators trust in the bay

We're a small team working to shape the future of shop management—software that respects the bay, the clock, and the invoice. Right now we have 15 open positions across engineering, product, customer experience, and people operations.

We're looking for people who are hardworking, open-minded, and bring deep experience in software engineering, customer-facing success, or HR—then give them real ownership.

Who we are

A small team. An outsized standard for how shops run.

WrenchPilot is shop management software for repair shops—jobs, time, parts, billing, and the paperwork that goes with them, brought together so the floor and the office stay in sync. We keep the team small on purpose: clear ownership, fast learning from real shops, and fewer handoffs.

Our mission is to shape the future of shop management. That means automating the repetitive parts of the work and making managers' lives easier—less chasing status, fewer surprises, more time to run the business.

If you're a hardworking person who shows up with strong ideas, cares how product features and UI actually land for busy shops, and is straight about what you deliver and what you still need to figure out, we're looking for you.
